I am a General Practitioner with over 15 years of medical experience, including more than eight years as a qualified GP. I trained at St George’s, University of London, where I graduated with a distinction in Medical Sciences, and later completed my GP training through the King’s College Hospital scheme.
Alongside my clinical work, I hold a Master’s in Public Health with Distinction from King’s College London and have published peer-reviewed research on antibiotic use and infection risk, which I presented at national and international conferences. I have also won several academic awards at both undergraduate and postgraduate level.
I have worked across a wide range of settings, including NHS general practice, unscheduled care, out-of-hours services, remote GP services and private telemedicine. My clinical interests include preventative medicine, chronic disease management, patient education and digital healthcare. I have also served as a GMC PLAB Examiner and am a Specialist Advisor with the Care Quality Commission, reflecting my interest in clinical standards, safe practice and quality of care.
I believe in taking time to listen carefully to patients, understand their concerns properly and help them make informed decisions about their health. My approach is evidence-based, calm, practical and patient-centred.
I am also a successful health content creator, with over 110,000 subscribers, producing accessible health education content for the public. Outside of medicine, I am married with two children. I enjoy travelling with my family, and cricket is my main sporting passion.
