Refunds

Refunds are returned to the payment method used for the original booking. For card payments, our payments provider is Stripe. Refunds can take anywhere from 5-10 business days to show up in your customer account. See this Stripe article for more information. We cannot refund any medications, vaccinations, tests or treatments once they have been administered or dispensed.

Home Test Kit Return Policy

At Mayfield Clinic, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with our home test kits. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, our return and exchange policy is outlined below:

Eligible Countries

• United Kingdom only

Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns for unused products
• Products must be in new, unused condition and returned within 14 days of delivery.

Return Method

• All returns must be sent by mail.
• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and for obtaining a return label.

Fees

• No restocking fees apply.

• Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
