Once you’ve sealed your samples in the prepaid return pack, drop it at any Royal Mail Post Office or postbox. Samples typically reach our UK-accredited lab within 24–48 hours.
Results are usually available within 3–5 working days from the lab receiving your samples. You’ll get secure online notification and can book a GP follow-up appointment if needed.
If any result is reactive or positive, our GP-led team will contact you to discuss next steps. You can arrange an in-person or video consultation (additional fees apply) to review treatment options.
