Yes. After your results are released, you can book a GP follow-up appointment—either in person or via video consultation (additional fees apply)—to discuss treatment options and next steps.

Can I use this kit as an at-home blood testing kit?

No. Our home collection kit is designed specifically for stool sampling and cannot be used for blood tests.

How do I collect my stool sample at home?

To use the kit, you collect a small stool sample in the provided faecal container, seal it, and send it back to our UK-accredited lab using the pre-paid packaging. Detailed instructions are included.

How long will it take to get my home test results?

Results are typically available within 3–5 working days of the laboratory receiving your sample. You will receive a secure email notification when they are ready.
