The at-home Coeliac (Tissue Transglutaminase IgA) blood test kit has an accuracy of over 95% when used correctly. It measures your antibody levels to help detect Coeliac disease, but a follow-up with a healthcare professional is recommended for confirmation.
Your results will include the Tissue Transglutaminase IgA level and whether it falls within the normal range. We provide clear reference ranges and a GP-led follow-up appointment (in person or via video) to discuss your results and next steps.
Your sample is collected using a simple finger‐prick. Once we receive your self-collected blood sample, results are usually available within 3–5 working days. You can then book a GP follow-up appointment if needed.
Most adults can use the TDL Tiny kit. If you have a bleeding disorder, are on anticoagulants or are under 18, please consult our GP team before ordering. Not suitable during acute illness.
