Continuity of care is an important part of delivering general practice effectively. That's why generally speaking our patients will see the same GP regularly, building a relationship over time. That said, our GPs work as a team, and will all be able to deliver you informed and considered medical advice.
We deliver face to face general practice from a number of locations across the country, and you are welcome to consult face to face. However, our GPs can also consult over the phone or via video if more convenient for you.
Yes you should. All patients eligible for NHS care should maintain an NHS GP registration, even if you exclusively see your Mayfield Clinic GP. Your NHS GP maintains your primary patient record, and should you need to use any NHS services (such as NHS A&E), they will remain your registered practice.
You can either book online via the Book appointment button, or you can contact the Members' call line, Email or WhatsApp line during office hours, and our team will schedule an appointment on your behalf.
We prioritise appointment slots for Members, and will endeavour to offer same day appointments wherever possible.

Where necessary, they can arrange for a prescription to be sent to you electronically, or for medications to be posted to you. Conditions our private doctors assist with regularly include Coughs & Colds, Contraception, Menopause, Skin Conditions, Second Opinions, Aches & Pains, Stress and Headaches. There are a limited number of issues we can't treat.
Where necessary, our clinicians will issue you with an electronic prescription. These can be redeemed at most pharmacies, including all Boots, Tesco, Superdrug and Lloyds pharmacies.
