TSH is produced by the pituitary gland to regulate thyroid hormone production. Measuring TSH levels helps diagnose and monitor thyroid disorders such as hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism.
Thyroid-Stimulating Hormone (TSH) is a key hormone secreted by the pituitary gland that regulates your thyroid function. An at-home blood test for TSH allows you to monitor thyroid health without a clinic visit.
This home blood testing kit is ideal if you:
1. Wash and dry your hands thoroughly.
2. Use the lancet from the TDL Tiny kit to prick the side of your fingertip.
3. Gently squeeze to fill the micro-collection tube.
4. Wipe away excess blood, apply the plaster, then secure the tube in the biohazard bag.
5. Pop it in the prepaid envelope and post on the same day.
“Convenient, private, and accurate thyroid testing from the comfort of home.”
Save time, avoid clinic queues, and get peace of mind about your thyroid health with our TSH blood test kit.
Our TSH home blood test uses a small finger-prick sample collected with the TDL Tiny kit. Once you return your sample to the lab, results are typically available within 2–3 working days. Accuracy is comparable to clinic-drawn blood tests when instructions are followed.
Simply use the provided lancet to collect a small finger-prick blood sample into the TDL Tiny collection tube, seal it in the prepaid envelope, and post it to our partner lab. Detailed instructions and support videos are included.
You can order your TSH home blood test anytime online. Once your sample arrives at the lab and results are processed, your results will be uploaded securely to your Mayfield Clinic patient portal. If you opt for a GP follow-up (additional fee), you can discuss your results in person or via video.
Most people find the finger-prick quick and easy. We include clear, step-by-step instructions, antiseptic wipe, and everything you need in the home blood testing kit. If you have any concerns, our team is on hand to guide you.
