Booking

Everything is online, 24/7. You'll see real appointment times and real prices (from £125, with most standard consultations at £220), and you choose face-to-face at our Hitchin clinic, video, or telephone. No registration fees, no subscription required.

The appointment itself

The biggest difference you'll notice is time. Your GP will take a proper history, listen without rushing, examine you where needed, and explain their thinking as they go. Bring anything relevant: a list of medications, previous results, or simply the list of things you've been meaning to ask. Unlike a ten-minute slot, there's room for the second and third question.

Afterwards

• A clear plan, agreed with you rather than handed to you
• Prescriptions issued on the spot where appropriate
• Referral letters, sick notes or test requests arranged promptly
• Results explained by the same GP, with follow-up booked if needed

And if you need ongoing care?

You can simply book the same GP again. For regular users, our membership options reduce the cost of ongoing care; your GP or our team can explain whether one would save you money.
