Upon the conclusion of this assessment, we utilise a range of psychological interventions that are well evidenced, clinically proven, in line with national treatment guidelines, and suited to the individual profile and problem.
Clinically we work with people to address a range of problems including anxiety, depression, panic disorder, phobias, obsessive-compulsive disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, social anxiety, health anxiety, sleep difficulties, self-esteem, assertiveness, body image, personality difficulties, and emotional functioning.
