Online GP
The health plan includes 6 x 15-minute online GP consultations annually.
During the consultation, our private GPs are available to provide medical advice relating to any minor illness or general health concerns. Find out more about our team of expert GPs here.
Online physiotherapy
The health plan includes 3 x 30-minute online physiotherapy consultations annually.
Similar to how we do it in clinic, our expert physiotherapists, Mr Niall Malone and Rita Kwong focus on providing simple but effective care for musculoskeletal (MSK) injuries.
Online mental health support
The health plan includes 1 x 45-minute initial mental health consultation and 2 x 30-minute follow-up consultations annually.
Our mental health expert, Dr Kirren Schnack provides top-quality evidence-based psychological treatment to help you cope with stress or any mental health challenges.

Essentials (£10 per person per month)

- 6 x 15-minute online GP consultation p.a.
- 3 x 30-minute online Physio appointments p.a.
- 1 x 45-minute initial consultation and 2 x 30-minute follow-up mental health consultations p.a.

It's quick and straightforward to get our health plan. We understand how precious time is for our clients, so our onboarding process is all online, and you can sign up directly on our website. To get started, follow these easy steps:
1. Get a quote for your health plan by clicking 'Get Started'.
2. If you're happy with the quote, click 'Proceed'. You will be redirected to the Order Summary page, which shows a calculation for a total of 10 employees.
3. To proceed, enter your business email address and pay for the healthcare plan. (Note: You will initially be asked to pay for a total of 10 employees, but you can add on more employees afterwards.
4. Create a list of all the employees you wish to cover, which can include more than 10 employees.
5. Please email us a .csv file containing the following details at
- Title
- Full Name
- Business Email
- Mobile Number
- Date of Birth
- UK Address
To avail our health plan, the following requirements must be met:
- A minimum of 10 employees (if you have fewer than 10 employees, please get in touch with us by sending us an email at info@mayfieldclinic.co.uk)
- The members included in the policy must be at least 18 years old
- All members must be based in the United Kingdom
- We ask all our business members to ensure that they remain registered with their NHS GP
