Frequently asked questions

Many employees suffer from work-related stress, anxiety, and depression. In fact, mental health issues are the number one cause of workplace absence in the UK, costing UK employers up to £56 billion a year.

By giving your employees access to mental health support, you can show how much you value their mental wellbeing and reduce workplace absenteeism and presenteeism.

Although many employees suffer from mental health issues and admit that these have affected their working life, 60.2% do not feel comfortable opening up to their employers about it. By offering your team mental health support wherein they can speak to an external expert about their issues, they would feel more valued and empowered to speak up.

With confidential online consultations, your employees can easily book an appointment to get immediate support from a qualified practitioner.

Online mental health consultations make it easy for your team to access support wherever they are and whenever they need it. It’s easier to book appointments as your employees can book online on our website and select a time and date that suits them. They can also attend the appointment from the comfort of their home or anywhere they feel safe or comfortable.

One benefit of our health plans is that your employees can book an appointment directly with our expert psychologist without the need for a GP referral.

Once your company health plan is set up, your employees will have immediate access to care.

Your employees will be entitled to 3 mental health consultations in our health plan. Should they need to access more consultations beyond those 3 allocated appointments, they would need to book a regular appointment, but additional costs may apply. But as a Mayfield Clinic member, they would benefit from discounted rates to our services.
