Our GPs can assist in diagnosing and treating ear nose and throat ailments, including common colds, coughs, nasal congestion, sinusitis and other viral infections.
Speak to your Mayfield GP about skin conditions including acne, cold sores, eczema or fungal skin infection. We can arrange for referral to specialist dermatologists for minor surgery or additional assessment.
Mayfield's GPs are available to assist in caring for your sexual health. This can include testing and managing STIs (e.g., HIV, Gonorrhoea, Syphillis) or contraception and family planning.

All GP appointments in our health plans are delivered online via video to make it easier for your employees to access healthcare whenever they need it. They can avoid booking days off as they can see a GP quickly during their break time at work or even from the comfort of their home if they work remotely. This also removes the inconvenience of having to travel to a clinic and queuing in a waiting room.
It’s very easy to book an appointment with our expert GPs. Once your health plan is active, your employees can book appointments online on our website where they can book an appointment with their preferred practitioner at a time and date that suits them. They just need to enter their registered email address to complete the booking.
On the day of their appointment, they will receive an email from us with details on how to join the video consultation. All they need is a computer, laptop or mobile phone and Internet connection. And that’s it! After the appointment, they don’t need to pay anything as long as it’s within their 6 allocated appointments of per annum.
Our private GPs are available to provide medical advice relating to any minor illness or general health concerns. However, they won’t be able to help with hands-on examinations and treatment, emergency treatment, and repeat prescriptions including treatment to cholesterol and diabetes.
No. You and your employees can use Mayfield Clinic’s Health Plans alongside existing NHS GP practices. We believe in joined up care, so with your permission, we can share your consultations notes back with your NHS GP so they will have a full picture of your care history.
If time permits, our GPs can make a referral within the 15-minute GP consultation. If more time is required beyond the 15-minute consultation limit, your employees may be asked to book a new GP appointment for the referral to be made.
If time permits, our GPs can write a report during the consultation. However, if more time is required beyond the appointment schedule, your employees will need to book a new appointment for the report to be written.
