Book all your arrival tests in one place.
For travellers arriving to the UK a number of test may be required:
Before booking your test, please check the entry requirement of the country of arrival.
Book the test package which corresponds with all the necessary requirements.
We dispatch all our tests with the Royal Mails tracked 24 service, or collect form our clinic.
We always recommend to complete your test at the earliest possible opportunity.
End your travel isolation by taking a PCR test on Day 5 (where Day 0 is the day of arrival back into the UK). Upon receipt of a negative result, you can end your quarantine.
All of our PCR test results include a test result that can be used for travel. This result acts as a 'Fit To Fly' certificate, by confirming your result, your identity (including a passport number), your personal details, and the time and date of the swab sample and laboratory report.
Confirm if you are currently carrying SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) infection by taking a PCR test. A PCR test is appropriate for identifying current infection from between day 0 (the day of first exposure) up to day 14. After day 14, an antibody test may be more suitable
Complete the government's mandatory testing for travellers entering the UK by submitting a Day 2 and Day 8 PCR sample. Positive results from Day 2 are sent for genomic sequencing to identify the strain of the SARS-CoV-2 virus.
Once you’ve quarantined for 10 days and received a negative result to both your day 2 and day 8 tests, you may leave the place where you’re quarantining. The only way to shorten this period, is by taking a 'Test To Release' test on or after Day 5
Unfortunately as kits are personalised healthcare items they are non-refundable
There are 3 outcomes of your test:
Once you've collected your sample (self-test) or seen a practitioner for a sample collection, you will need to register your kit barcode according to the provided instructions. Results will be sent through to the registered email. Please check your junk mail if no results have been received at the expected time, and then contact firstname.lastname@example.org if still not resolved.
Yes, once you've registered your barcode, results are sent 24/7
If you test positive for either Day 2 or Day 8 test you must quarantine for a further 10 days from the day you took the test – you will receive further advice alongside your test results. Positive day 2 tests are sent for genomic sequencing to check the strain of the virus the patient is carrying. If your test shows that you have a variant of coronavirus known as a ‘variant of concern’, you will get a further call and your contacts will be asked to be tested.
