Cancellation and Rescheduling

Appointments

Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance.

• For appointments cancelled 24 hours in advance, a full refund is provided automatically. This will be processed onto the card used for the booking. Refunds appear in 5-10 working days.
• For appointments cancelled inside 24 hours, no refund is provided (i.e., this service is non-refundable)

Non-members are required to cancel or reschedule via their online account - we do not accept emailed requests for cancellations or rescheduling.

Home Test Kits

Home test kits (e.g., HPV Kits, Blood Test Kits, PCR Test Kits) are considered personalised healthcare items. They are prepared for the named individual upon ordering and are non-refundable.
