COVID-19 Fit To Fly - China

The Chinese government is now requiring travellers entering into China to carry a completed the nucleic acid test (PCR Test) and a IgM antibody and IgM antibody result (serum). The service can be booked via the 'COVID Entry Medical - China' for £450.

To meet the requirements to enter China, passengers are required to submit:

  • A negative IgM antibody result
  • A negative PCR test result
  • The test report must reflect the passenger's personal information (in addition to the name, but also the date of birth or passport number), the test agency information (including at least the address, contact number, E-mail), sampling time (Date of Test), report time (Date of Report), and test results.

If you wish, we can submit PCR samples to multiple laboratories for added security.

Test details:

  • RT-PCR swab
  • A IgM antibody test result (serum) - CE marked

Results timeline:

  • Antibody - Within 1 hour
  • PCR Expedited service - Next day, typically before midday for morning samples
  • Results are sent by email (PCR)


  • £450 includes the expedited PCR swab and standard antibody test (previously £375 + £75 for expedited test)
  • We can simultaneously submit tests to multiple (different) laboratories for an additional £150
