"There is a general sense of care for the individual in this practice. It is most reassuring to know that I am being looked after professionally and personally."
I graduated from The Chinese University of Hong Kong with a MSc in Sports Medicine and Health Studies in 2019. I then went on to graduate with a MSc in Physiotherapy from Oxford Brookes University. I have worked as a physiotherapist in both the NHS and private settings as well as with rugby and football teams to offer athletes treatment and return to sport physiotherapy. I can assess, diagnose and treat a range of musculoskeletal injuries and am trained with dry needling and acupuncture.
I have been teaching pilates since 2012 and completed instructor trainer in Hong Kong. I believe that pilates is a very effective approach to rehabilitation and can be used alongside traditional physiotherapy methods. With my background in sports medication and advanced training in pilates for injuries and pathologies, I have been using pilates with athletes and dancers to rehabilitate and prevent injuries.
In my spare time I enjoy dancing ballet and practicing yoga.
I found an interest in sport and exercise whilst rowing and studying at Oxford University. I deliver effective, progressive and tailored one to one sessions for my clients.
I'm an enthusiastic runner and compete in marathons regularly.
